Beth Bingaman

Beth was born and raised in Middletown, Delaware, the 5th of 6 children and half of a pair (her twin was 15 minutes older). She graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Social Work and worked professionally as a Probation/Parole officer in Wilmington, DE and as a discharge Planner for Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Reading, PA.
Beth put her professional career on hold (for what she thought would be just a few years) after deciding to homeschool her children through their junior high years. The Lord used her time at home and away from the working world to do a work in her heart. After being convicted of her sin and convinced that Jesus Christ was the way of salvation, she placed her faith in Him in her late thirties.
Shortly after coming to faith, Beth was invited to attend a Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) class in her local area. She loved the in-depth study of God’s Word. She was called into a leadership role after one year of study and into the role of Teaching Leader the third year. Eight years of teaching led her to an even greater desire to know and teach the whole counsel of God.
In a Sunday School class on Jeremiah in January 2008, Beth was struck by Jeremiah 1:7b, “for to all to whom I send you, you shall go, and whatever I command you, you shall speak.” She believed God had shown her that those words to indicate His new direction for ministry. She left BSF and has been speaking and teaching for various churches and events as He has called since September 2008.
Beth loves serving Jesus Christ as one who “feeds His sheep” in an effort to challenge the women of God to think and live biblically. It is her desire to teach God’s Word diligently with reverence and awe for the Source of the truths she teaches. Her engaging presentations aim to motivate her listeners to be doers, not just hearers, of the Word. She shares her wisdom on her website, bethbingaman.com.
