About Grace & Such
Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.
~ Ephesians 4:3
In today’s political and cultural climate, with the overwhelming amount of social media, we are an unwilling audience to the hatred among Christians, among fellow believers. God’s grace abounds, yet so many show so little of it toward others. Grace & Such was started as a way to show healthy and gracious conversation, even when we are in disagreement. Our blog includes posts written by a diverse team of women whose only objectives are to share their grace journeys and show what grace-in-action really looks like to the community of believers who, at times, seems to have forgotten how.
Who We Are
As our tagline says, we are a bunch of women writing about grace. And such.
We are a diverse group of women, ranging in age from 20 to 60-something.
Some of us are married; some are divorced; some are single.
Some of us have children; some have grandchildren; some have neither.
Some of us are conservative; some are liberal; some are somewhere in between.
We don’t agree on everything and that’s okay. But here’s what we do agree on:
- We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God
- We believe in one God in three distinct, equal persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit
- The Father is the creator of all
- The Son (Jesus Christ) is our salvation and the only way to the Father
- The Holy Spirit indwells followers of Jesus and is the source through which we are able to live godly lives
Our desire is to encourage other women as we share our thoughts and experiences as well as Biblical truths.
